When Thomas E. Kurek was assigned to assist NJ's judges and lawyers with this enormous problem, the field of eDiscovery in Records Management was nascent.  He authored the original White Paper that ultimately defined the Microsoft SharePoint eDiscovery system of today.

Built on a Goldman Sachs $100M investment, InPhonic became Simplexity in 2007.  As one of the five Systems Architects leading dozens of programmers, Thomas designed systems including Great Plains integrations for accounting and finance, custom marketing and sales systems for the e-store, customer service integrations, and logistics systems for the warehouse.

Besides conferring an elite Engineering Physics degree upon founder Thomas E. Kurek, VT hired Thomas for software engineering, lab technician, and student life leadership services. He also contributed to Cardiomend's intraoperative tissue testing device & kinematic fall prevention algorithms.
